- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Zadinh Basil Green Curry
- 4 cups Canned Corn
- 1 cup Yellow Onion
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Basil
- Large Bowl
- In a large bowl, add mayonnaise, and then follow the Zadinh Basil Green Curry.
- Add the canned corn.
- Add the yellow onion, red bell pepper, and the chopped basil.
- And mix thoroughly.
- Serve with corn chips or crackers (optional).
You can always use our Panang Curry paste with this recipe as well.
Cilantro can also be used.
