Butter Garlic Beef (a.k.a Beef Cubes)

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • ½ LB Cubed Beef - use any steak cut like sirloin
  • ¼ Medium Yellow Onion
  • 2 Gloves Minced Garlic
  • 4 Tbsp Zadihn Essential Sauce
  • ½ Tsp Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Ground Black Pepper

Toppings:

  • Fried onion (optional)
  • Roasted Peanuts

Equipment:

  • Large wok/frying pan

Instructions:

  1. Heat wok or frying pan until hot at med-high heat
  2. In a pan, melt butter over a medium-low heat
  3. Add the cubed beef - leave the beef seared for one minute
  4. Add medium yellow onion
  5. Turn the meat over and let seared for another minute
  6. Add cloves minced garlic
  7. Add Zadinh Essential Sauce
  8. Add sugar
  9. Add ground black pepper and cook for another 30 seconds.
  10. Serve on a plate with salad.
