Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Shrimp
  • 2 cups Cooked, Chilled Rice
  • ½ cups Carrots
  • ½ cup Yellow Onion
  • 3 Tbsp Zadinh Gluten Free Essential Cooking Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Basil Leaves
  • ½ Tsp Garlic
  • ½ Tsp White Pepper

Toppings:

  • Can serve with lime and cucumber.

Equipment:

  • Wok or stir-fry pan

 Instructions:

  1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
  2. Put one egg and stir.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turn opaque. 
  4. Add in cooked, chilled rice, and then mix well.
  5. Add carrots, yellow onion.
  6. Add Zadinh Gluten Free Essential Cooking Sauce.  Toss well.
  7. Add chopped basil leaves, garlic, and white pepper. 
  8. Serve on a plate.

Additional Toppings Ideas:

Meat, Tofu or more vegetables.
