Panang Curry Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Zadinh Panang Paste
  • ½ cup Shrimp

 Toppings:

  • Peanuts (optional)

Equipment:

  • Medium Pan

 Instructions:

  1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan.
  2. Add a cup of broccoli.
  3. Add red bell pepper.
  4. Add the Zadinh Panang Paste, simmer until vegetables soften.
  5. Add the shrimp; simmer until the shrimp is cooked.
  6. Add peanuts on top (optional).

 Additional Toppings Ideas:

      Peas, Cilantro, Chilies
