Tamarind Vegan Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • ½ cup Yellow Onion
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 3 Tbsp Zadinh Tamarind Sauce
  • 1 stalk Green Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp White Pepper
  • Lettuce

Equipment:

  • Frying/Sauce pan

 Instructions:

  1. Heat cooking oil in a frying/sauce pan.
  2. Add garlic, and then follow the yellow onion.
  3. Add tomato.
  4. Add paprika, and then mix well.
  5. Add a cup of Tofu.
  6. Then add the Zadinh Tamarind Sauce.
  7. Add the chopped green onions.
  8. Add white pepper, simmer for minutes.
  9. Serve on a plate with lettuce.
