Yellow Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup of Chicken
  • 3 Tbsp Zadinh Yellow Curry
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Stalks Green Onion

 Equipment:

  • Medium pan

 Instructions:

  1. Add the coconut milk into pan.
  2. Add the chicken for one minute at Medium heat or until chicken is half-cooked.
  3. Add Zadinh Yellow Curry.
  4. Add red bell pepper, celery.  Cook for one to two minutes.
  5. Scramble in one egg.  Cook for 30 seconds or until egg, chicken are completely cooked.
  6. Add the chopped green onion.  
  7. Serve on a plate.
