Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of Coconut Milk
- ½ cup of Chicken
- 3 Tbsp Zadinh Yellow Curry
- ½ cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Celery
- 1 Egg
- 2 Stalks Green Onion
Equipment:
- Medium pan
Instructions:
- Add the coconut milk into pan.
- Add the chicken for one minute at Medium heat or until chicken is half-cooked.
- Add Zadinh Yellow Curry.
- Add red bell pepper, celery. Cook for one to two minutes.
- Scramble in one egg. Cook for 30 seconds or until egg, chicken are completely cooked.
- Add the chopped green onion.
- Serve on a plate.
